Prep Transition Program

Welcome to Mount Waverley North Primary School

We warmly welcome families who are considering Mount Waverley North Primary School for their child’s Prep year in 2027.

Throughout 2026, we offer a range of orientation and transition opportunities designed to support children and families as they prepare for the exciting transition to primary school. These experiences help children become familiar with our learning spaces, staff and daily routines, while also providing families with the information they need to make confident enrolment decisions.

In addition to the scheduled transition sessions, school tours are available and are conducted by members of the Principal Team each Tuesday from 9:30am to 10:30am. Bookings are essential. To arrange a tour, please contact the School Office via phone or email.

If you would like to participate in any of the transition sessions outlined below, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to get in touch with the School Office to reserve a place. We are always happy to support you with further information or to arrange a conversation.

Regular participation in these transition experiences helps children feel confident, comfortable and excited as they begin their primary school journey. Mount Waverley North Primary School provides a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment, and we invite you to visit our school and experience our community firsthand.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Mount Waverley North Primary School.
